How to request a return or refund

  • Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Contact us: Email support@woolwonder.store with your order number, reason for return or refund, and any relevant documentation (e.g. photos of the defect).
  • Shipping instructions: We will provide a return address and shipping instructions.

Refunds and returns by case

Defective or damaged product

  • Process: Share clear photos of the defect or damage with support@woolwonder.store.
  • Resolution: We will arrange a prepaid return label. After inspecting the returned product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Bank processing may take an additional 7 business days.

Wrong product or size

  • Process: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product or size.
  • Solution: We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct product or issue a full refund upon receipt and verification.

Undelivered product

  • Process: If your product has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, notify us immediately.
  • Solution: After speaking with the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund.

Unsatisfied customer or change of mind

  • Process: Ensure the product is in its original condition and within the return period.
  • Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for returning the item. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs.

Cancellation of Order

  • Before Delivery: Cancellation of order before delivery is free. Contact us at support@woolwonder.store.
  • After Delivery: If there is no defect after delivery, we cannot support you to return the item

Return and Refund Period

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receipt and verification of the returned item. Bank processing may take an additional 7 business days.
  • No Refund Period: Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be processed.
